How I Built Altuss - A Luxury Real Estate Webflow Template

Introducing Altuss: A Luxury Real Estate Webflow Template

We created Altuss, a premium Real Estate Webflow Template designed to cover the main website needs of real estate agencies, brokers, and property developers.

The template uses a clean and minimal design style and includes the most important features needed for a modern real estate website. It was built using the Client-First methodology, with a clear class structure, scalable CMS architecture, responsive layouts, and basic SEO settings.

Altuss was designed specifically for the Luxury Real Estate market, with a focus on agencies working in Dubai and other premium property markets. However, the template can also be customized for real estate businesses in other countries.

The structure covers most of the common needs of real estate agents and developers. It is easy to customize, scale, and adapt to your own content and branding.

The template includes the following main pages and supporting pages:

  • Home Page
  • About
  • Estates
  • Estates Details
  • Blog
  • Blog Posts
  • Contact
  • Change Log
  • License
  • Style Guide

The real estate property pages also include several contact options. Visitors can contact an agency through a contact form or directly through messaging apps such as WhatsApp. More contact options can be added if needed.

Altuss is designed for real estate agencies and brokers who need to launch a premium website on Webflow without compromising on design, CMS structure, or customization options.

All main CMS Collections are organized to make the website easy to manage and scale as the business grows.

Webflow Variables for Global Design Control

To make the template easier to customize, we added a complete set of Webflow Variables for the main design properties used throughout the website.

The template includes Variables for:

  • Colors — all main colors used throughout the template.
  • Border Radius — different corner radius values that can be increased, reduced, or completely removed.
  • Spacing — padding and margin values used across the template.
  • Gap — spacing between elements inside sections can be changed globally.
  • Typography — styles for H1–H6 headings and text elements can be managed from one place.

You can easily change typography settings such as:

  1. Color
  2. Font Size
  3. Font Family
  4. Font Weight
  5. Line Height
  6. Letter Spacing

This makes it much easier to manage the website design. Instead of changing the same property on many individual elements, you can update it in one place and apply the change across the entire Webflow template.

New Variables can also be added when needed, allowing the design system to scale with your project.

Client-First Webflow Page Structure

All pages in the Altuss template were built using the Client-First methodology by Finsweet.

This provides a clear class structure, easier customization, better scalability, and responsive layouts across different screen sizes.

The class names are easy to understand, and each section can be identified by its structure and naming. This makes it easier to find the required classes, update existing styles, or create new ones.

The Client-First structure also makes the template easier to customize and scale for different devices and future content.

Luxury Real Estate Property Listing Section

Altuss includes a dedicated section for showcasing real estate properties for sale or rent. Large property images are used to give more attention to the architecture, interior design, and visual details of each property.

The minimal and elegant layout is designed to support the premium positioning of luxury properties and create a more trustworthy presentation for high-value clients.

Each property can include the main information that potential buyers or tenants need:

  • Sale or rent status
  • Property name
  • Location
  • Price
  • Short description
  • Total area
  • Number of rooms
  • Number of bathrooms

The information can be easily changed or expanded when needed. All property information is managed through a Webflow CMS Collection, which can be used to display the same content on both static sections and dynamic property pages.

Altuss also includes a dedicated Featured Properties section on the homepage. This section can be used to highlight specific properties that need more attention, such as special offers, discounted properties, or premium listings.

The section includes a slider with three properties by default. Each slide can contain the required property information and images.

The number of slides can also be increased or reduced depending on the project requirements.

FAQ Section for Real Estate SEO and AI Discoverability

A dedicated FAQ section was created for the homepage and dynamic real estate property pages. The section allows website owners to add additional information and answer common questions about their properties, services, and real estate business.

Well-structured FAQ content can also help search engines and AI systems better understand the topics covered on the website.

Each question uses an H3 heading, while the answer is displayed as regular text. The FAQ section is built as a reusable Webflow Component, but you do not need to open the component every time you want to update the content.

Each question and answer is available through separate fields, making the content easy to manage. The template is designed so that even users without advanced design knowledge can customize the FAQ content and adapt the website to their own real estate brand within a few hours.

Reusable Webflow Components for Global Content

Altuss includes reusable Webflow Components for content and elements that appear across multiple pages.

This makes it possible to update shared content in one place and automatically apply the changes across the website.

The main reusable components include:

  1. Website Header
  2. Website Footer
  3. FAQ Accordion Section
  4. WhatsApp Button for dynamic property pages
  5. Reusable buttons used across the website

Buttons also include separate fields for their content. This means you do not need to open the component structure every time you want to change button content. The required information can be edited directly through the component Properties.

Real Estate CMS Collection for Property Listings

Altuss includes a dedicated Webflow CMS Collection for managing real estate properties available for sale or rent. The Collection contains the main fields needed to manage property listings and display the required information across the website.

This flexible CMS architecture makes it easier to manage properties, add new information, and include agent details without unnecessary complexity in the website structure.

The CMS Collection can be easily modified when new requirements appear. Unused fields can be removed and new fields can be added when necessary. The dynamic property page already includes the main fields required for a real estate website.

The CMS structure allows a real estate agency to quickly add new properties, update property status such as Available, Sold, or Reserved, and manage agent information.

Webflow CMS Collection for Real Estate Blog Posts

Altuss also includes a dedicated Blog Posts CMS Collection for publishing real estate articles, market updates, company news, and other useful content. The dynamic blog post page includes the main fields needed for publishing content and basic SEO optimization.

Each blog post can include:

  • Meta Title
  • Meta Description
  • Open Graph Image
  • Short Description
  • Publication Date
  • Estimated Reading Time
  • Main Image
  • Author or Agent Information
  • Three Related Posts for internal linking

This structure allows real estate agents and business owners to add useful content for potential clients in an organized way. It also makes it easier to build a scalable real estate blog and keep publishing new content without changing the page structure.

Basic SEO Settings for the Webflow Template

Altuss includes the main SEO settings needed to prepare the template for launch. The main SEO fields are already prepared, so you only need to replace the default information with your own content and publish the website.

The template is also optimized for fast loading, helping reduce unnecessary performance issues when the site is customized.

Each page has separate Meta Title and Meta Description fields that can be updated through the page settings. An Open Graph image is also provided for sharing website pages through messaging apps, social networks, and other websites.

All images are optimized and compressed to reduce file size and improve loading speed. ALT text is added to images to provide better accessibility and clearer image descriptions for search engines.

The template uses minimal animations to keep interactions smooth without making the website unnecessarily heavy.

Some content sections also include hover effects to add subtle interactions when visitors move their cursor over elements.

Responsive Webflow Design for All Devices

All Altuss pages are fully responsive and designed to work across different screen sizes.

The responsive system includes the following breakpoints:

  • 1920px
  • 1440px
  • Base
  • Tablet — 991px
  • Mobile Landscape — 767px
  • Mobile — 479px

On mobile devices, some sections were redesigned to display content in a more compact and comfortable way. This helps prevent pages from becoming unnecessarily long while keeping important property and business information easy to access.

The template does not rely on fixed-width content blocks. This means you can replace the default content with your own branding, text, and images without having to rebuild the layout for every breakpoint.

The responsive structure saves time when customizing the template because most content changes will automatically adapt to different screen sizes.
